ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Hawks fell 5-4 at RIT on Sunday afternoon in their return to the court for the spring portion of their season.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- In their return to the court for their spring season, the Hawks had to overcome an early deficit as the squad dropped all three doubles matches.
- Hartwick bounced back in singles play, winning at 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th singles.
- With RIT taking a win at 4th singles, the match came down to a tight three-set match at 3rd singles between Hartwick's Damita Bollers (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and RIT's Gabby Donohue.
- Donohue would eventually pull out the 6-4 third set win to secure the match for the Tigers.
- Picking up the singles wins for the Hawks was Phoebe Olson (Jamestown, N. Dak.), Jade Killikelly (Jamaica, N.Y.), Colleen Marsh (Marcellus, N.Y.), and Lily Vanuga (Springville, N.Y.).
