The Hawks prepared for their final 2024 contest as they faced the Gators under the lights. Julia Bono (West Milford, N.J.) notched the first shot of the game at the nine minute mark to get the action underway.

Russell Sage answered back with pressure, posting their first shot in the 13th minute but missed wide. The Gators would attempt to formulate another attack but were called for offsides in the 17th minute.

Hartwick faced corners in the 23rd, 24th and 29th minutes but the Hawks were able to stand their ground and turn the Gator attack away.

With the first half coming to a close, neither team posted a shot or corner in the final fifteen minutes as the stalemate was spent battling in the midfield.

The Hawks opened the second half with Meghan Perry (Otego, N.Y.) notching her second save of the night at the 51 minute mark.

The physical affair continued as the Gators tested Perry but were denied once again as the Hawks began to work into their attacking midfield.

Kylie Tous (Port Jefferson Station, NY) posted the only look in the half with a strike from outside the box on the right wing but found the crossbar in the 76th minute.

The Hawks and Gators traded corners in the following minutes with Sage posting a header on goal but Perry was able to halt another shot.

The last chance of the night came from a Sage shot in the 87th minute but was off target as the teams finished deadlocked at zero.
