ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Hartwick Women's Basketball team faced off against the Wolves of Keuka College in a conference contest and came away with a win on their Senior Day.

Before Tip-Off, Hartwick recognized their five seniors. Angelina Maselli (Burlington, Conn.), Bree Fargnoli (Binghamton, N.Y), Isabella Astorino (Warwick, N.Y.), Caitie Unger (Warwick, N.Y.) and Sareena DiCerbo (Schenectady, N.Y.).

The game began and Keuka was first to get on the board, Fargnoli opened up the scoring for the Hawks by responding with a deep three pointer after being assisted by Astorino.

Hartwick began to impose their will down low, scoring ten straight points in the paint to go up 20-10 after the end of the first.

The Hawks continued to extend their lead and get ahead, jumping out to as much as 18 in the second quarter. The team smothered the Wolves on defense, holding them to 0 points in the final five minutes of the half.

Fargnoli led scoring with eleven as Hartwick went into the half up 36-18.

As the third quarter progressed, Keuka began to whittle away at the lead and inched as close as six with a three, but Macy Durkin (Syracuse, N.Y.) answered back with a three of her own to go up nine into the fourth quarter.

Astorino and DiCerbo registered yet another double-double with Astorino posting fifteen points and fifteen rebounds, a career high in rebounds.DiCerbo finished with ten points and ten rebounds, Fargnoli led scoring with 17 as the Hawks picked up another conference win.
