WATERVILLE, ME. – Jack Armstrong (Windham, NH) represented the Hartwick Hawks as he completed Day one of the NCAA Division III Region 3 Diving Championships.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Following a series of impressive performances in the regular season, Armstrong secured a spot in the Regional Championships for the second consecutive year.

Each diver will perform 11 dives and are not allowed to repeat dives.

Amstrong scored 29.25 on his first dive to start the afternoon.

On the final dive, he scored a 41.25.

Jack amassed a total score of 423.75 in three meter diving to wrap up Day one of the regional championships.

Armstrong placed 8th out of 16 divers.

Armstrong will prepare for one-meter diving on Day two of the NCAA Division III Region 3 Diving Championships, tomorrow March 2nd, set for 12 PM.
