Hawks Shut Out by #20 SUNY Geneseo

ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Hawks struggled to find any offense on Saturday afternoon, falling to #20 SUNY Geneseo 3-0.

  • Hartwick's defense was able to hold 20th ranked SUNY Geneseo to just three goals across four quarters of action despite diving up 19 corners.
  • However, the offense wasn't able to get much going as the Knights held the Hawks to just three shots and only two on goal.
  • Makayla Bales (Sidney, N.Y.) posted the two shots on goal, while Kendal Woolley (Blue Point, N.Y.) tacked on the one shot that went just left of the goal.
  • Ashley Luppens (Wading River, N.Y.) and Ava Reynolds (South Glens Falls, N.Y.) split duties defending the cage for Hartwick, combining for five saves.
