Hawks Set to Dive Into 2026-27 Swimming & Diving Season

ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Hartwick College Swimming and Diving team has announced their schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 season, featuring a full slate of dual meets, invitationals, and championship competition throughout the winter.

The Hawks will officially open their season on Saturday, October 10th, hosting the Hartwick College Relays.

Hartwick hits the road for the first time on October 17th, traveling to Ithaca to take on the University of Scranton and Ithaca College in a double dual meet. The Hawks return home the following week to welcome Ramapo College and SUNY Oswego on October 24th.

The October schedule continues with a trip to Rochester to face Nazareth on October 31st, before Hartwick hosts SUNY Potsdam and Oneonta on November 7th. The Hawks will close out their regular-season portion of November with a home dual meet against SUNY Brockport on November 14th.

Hartwick will then head to Fredonia for the three-day Blue Devil Invitational, November 20th-22nd. The Hawks return to action on December 4th, hosting SUNY Delhi at 4 PM in their final meet of the calendar year.

Following the break, Hartwick will open the new year with a trip to Springfield, Mass. On January 9th to face Union and Springfield. The Hawks will then travel to Alfred University on January 16th before returning home to host St. Lawrence and Marywood on January 23rd.

The diving squad will compete at the Ithaca M/W diving Invitational on January 24, while Hartwick's swimmers will head to Saratoga Springs for the Skidmore College Sprint Invitational on January 30th.

Championship season begins in February, with the Hawks heading to the Empire 8 Swimming & Diving Championships February 17th-20th. The post season continues with NCAA Diving Regionals projected to be held on February 26th and 27th.

Hartwick will look to carry their season through March, with the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships scheduled for March 17th-20th.
