Ben Bullock

Ben Bullock enters his fourth season on the Hartwick coaching staff. He serves as the defensive coordinator for the Hawks.

Bullock, a native of Maine, NY, arrived in Oneonta following five years of service on the SUNY Brockport coaching staff. During his tenure, he served three years as the Golden Eagles' defensive line coach and added the duties of special teams coordinator prior to the 2007 campaign. Since 2005, he mentored eight all-Atlantic Central Football Conference honorees, three all-region selections and one All-American.

Bullock began his coaching career in 2003 at Brockport as s student assistant working with the tight ends and fullbacks. In that year, the Golden Eagles posted a 9-2 record and qualified for the NCAA Division III playoffs. The following season, Bullock was promoted to wide receivers coach, where he coached a pair of all-league honorees, including one first team selection.

Bullock earned his bachelor's degree in Earth Science from SUNY Brockport in December, 2003 and has his master's in Secondary Science. In addition to lettering three years in football, he was a three-year starter for the Golden Eagles in lacrosse. In 2004, he served as team captain and was an all-SUNYAC honoree as a midfielder.
