Greg Vreeland begins his third season as the Offensive Coordinator and Wide Receivers and Tight Ends Coach in the fall of 2023. He comes to ’Wick after spending last season at East Coast Prep in Great Barrington, MA.
At East Coast Prep, Vreeland was the Offensive Coordinator as well as the Director of Academic Success. He created and installed the offensive playbook, planned practice for the entire offense, and coached quarterbacks and running backs. Vreeland also coordinated and monitored high school and college credit courses as well as created and implemented an SAT prep program in partnership with various organizations.
Before that stint at East Coast Prep, Vreeland was the Wide Receivers Coach at Norwich University from 2018-2021. His responsibilities included the gameday administrator job, recruiting in New York, Connecticut, and Florida, coaching the junior varsity team, and being the video coordinator.
Vreeland also had stops at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017 as the Running Backs Coach, his first stop at East Coast Prep in 2015-16 as Assistant Football Coach, and as Wide Receivers Coach at Castleton State College in 2014.
Vreeland holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Castleton State and a Master of Business Administration from Norwich University.
