Beal Banks Award ... played eight games, starting seven … tied for team lead with 55 tackles and seven tackles for loss … led team in sacks (3.5) and tackle for loss yardage (44) … second on team in solo tackles, with 34 … tied for team lead with one forced fumble … 15th in Empire 8 Conference in sacks ...  tied for 17th in Empire 8 in TFL … had 11 tackles (2.5 TFL) against St. John Fisher (10/13), tied for the highest individual game total of any Hawk this season … nine tackles, including eight solo and a 10-yard sack, in win over Alfred State (9/8) … had seven tackles (six solo) and two sacks for 22 yards vs. Buffalo State (9/29) … seven tackles, six solo, and 0.5 sacks for a three-yard loss against #4 Brockport (10/6) … nine tackles and a pass breakup in season-opening win over Wilkes (9/1) … four tackles (three solo) and two pass breakups vs. King’s College (9/15) … had five solo tackles, including one for a six-yard loss, and a forced fumble in final game vs. Utica (11/10).

2017: Started all 10 games at linebacker … 65 tackles ranked second on the team … also second in unassisted tackles (36), tackles for loss (8.5), and sacks (4) … tied for 15^th in the Empire 8 in tackles for loss … reached 10 tackles three times … had six or more tackles in seven games … tied a team-high with 10 tackles with one TFL in victory over Morrisville (10/7) … also had 10 hits in games against Cortland (9/16) and nationally ranked Brockport (10/21) … recorded eight hits versus Buffalo State (11/4) … earned seven tackles, two TFLs, and one sack in season opener versus Western Connecticut State (9/2) … seven hits with 1.5 tackles for a loss of four yards against Utica (9/30) … had six tackles with 1.5 sacks for a loss of 12 yards in win against St. John Fisher (9/23) … had 1.5 sacks for a loss of 16 yards in win at Alfred State (9/9).

2016: Played in eight games … made four starts at linebacker … registered 20 tackles … had 13 unassisted hits … five of his 20 tackles were for loss … recorded one sack … blocked one kick … season-high five tackles, one for a loss, in game against Cortland (10/1) … had eight tackles and 3.5 TFL’s in Hawks’ opening two games of the season … four hits and a sack against Western Connecticut (9/3) … also had four tackles and two TFL’s in victory over UMass Dartmouth (9/10) … two tackles in games against Brockport (9/17), Ithaca (10/8), and Buffalo State (10/29) … blocked a kick against Utica in season finale on November 12.

2015: Appeared in six games for the Hawks … had a pair of tackles, one solo and one assisted, against Utica (11/14) … also notched one hit against Morrisville State (10/17).

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Candor High School … lettered for three years in football for the Indians … also played varsity basketball … Section IV all-star.
