He will enter his third season as Assistant Coach for Women's Volleyball, as well as make his debut as Head Men's Volleyball Coach in 2025.
In the 2024 season, Bigford would help the Hawks reach the first round of the Empire 8 Championship after they posted an impressive 20-3 overall record and 9-2 conference record.
In the 2023 season, Bigford helped bring the Hawks to the semifinals of the Empire 8 Championship.
Joshua Bigford joined the Women's Volleyball Coaching Staff in August 2023. Bigford earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from St. John Fisher University this past May. He was also a four-year member and captain of the Cardinals Men’s Volleyball program. In addition, Bigford was a four-time All-American and is the all-time record holder for kills in a career at Fisher.
On the coaching side, Bigford most recently served as the Head Coach for the Snowstorm Beach Volleyball Club. He has also served as a private lesson coach and CNY Volleyball Camp instructor since 2018.
