Singer was phenomenal in both Empire 8 Tournament games over the weekend, scoring the game-tying goal in each game as well as leading all players in shots (four in the Semifinal against Utica, five in the Final against Nazareth). Both goals came via her specialty, a hard point shot from the top of the circle off a corner. Singer was also typically solid on the defensive end, as the Hawks limited their opponents to three goals in the two games.
