SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The Hartwick Women's Swim and Dive Team headed to Skidmore College for their regular season finale, placing second in the Skidmore Sprint Invite.

Hartwick geared up for a loaded meet in their final regular season contest, competing amongst Skidmore, Vassar, Bard, Mount Holyoke, and SUNY Delhi.

Bree Dy (Matawan, N.J.), Courtney Pierce (Fulton, N.Y.), Aubrey Vaile (Wesley Chapel, Fla.), and Jillian Ferrie (Middle Grove, N.Y.) opened up competition for the Hawks with the 200 medley relay. The combo earned a second place finish, timing in at one minute and 55 seconds.

Min-Syun Chen (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) placed second in the 50 yard breaststroke, just being edged out by .24 seconds, finishing in 32.61 seconds.

Pierce followed up with a third place finish in the 50 yard freestyle, finishing the event in 26.05 seconds.

The Hawks kept racking up points as Danielle DeCarlo (Whitesboro, N.Y.) took third place with a 4:59.59 time.

Annabelle Lindsay (Hudson Falls, N.Y) continues to surge on the diving board, sweeping the diving events for the second week in the row. Lindsay posted a 194.85 score in one meter diving, posting an identical score in three meter diving as well.

Vaile was second to touch the wall in a contested 50 yard backstroke, finishing in 30.09 seconds, being beat out by .55 seconds.

Cate Russo (San Pedro, Cal.) posted a third place finish in the 200 yard freestyle, finishing in two minutes and six seconds.

The Hawks scored 396 points, finishing second place in their final regular season meet.
