ONEONTA, N.Y. - Hartwick College Head Softball Coach, Brittany Stroop announced the hiring of Nicolette Kasch as Softball Assistant Coach, effective August 25th.

Kasch arrives at Hartwick after serving as Head Coach at Syracuse SportsZone Academy, leading one of the top 18u programs in the area.

"Nicolette not only brings a wealth of experience as a collegiate player, but also as a head coach in one of upstate New York's premier travel ball organizations," remarks Stroop. "Throughout the search process, it was evident that her passion for the game and her desire to take her coaching skills to the next level are what we need to continue to build our program."

Nicolette graduated from Siena University, playing Division I Softball for the Saints for three years prior to making the transition into coaching.

"I am super excited to start my coaching career and to learn from Coach Stroop and the coaching staff," says Kasch. "I am looking forward to working with the team as we continue to build the program back.
