COMMENTS FROM HEAD COACH NATE CREWS
"The ladies got a chance to compete at a small meet they could finish near the top in. Poly's course isn't brutally difficult, but there are enough climbs to keep you honest if you're not prepared. Bryn Haas finished 3rd overall with a twenty second personal best. Amelia Steitz also ran a twenty second personal best on the day. The ladies' efforts put us ahead of two other conference schools today."

UP NEXT FOR THE HAWKS
The cross country teams will travel to Clinton, New York, where they will attend the Hamilton Invitational on Saturday, October 11th for a 12PM start to the day.
