2017: Named to Empire 8 Spring 2018 President's List ... started all 10 games at linebacker … 41 tackles ranked fifth on the team … 26 unassisted hits … recorded 3.5 sacks for 17 yards … registered one interception … forced one fumble … had six or more tackles in five of ten games … earned a season-best eight tackles against Utica (9/30) … added seven tackles, a sack, and an interception return for 45 yards in victory over St. John Fisher (9/23) … had six tackles and a sack against both Western Connecticut (9/2) and Alfred State (9/9) … six hits and forced a fumble at nationally-ranked Brockport (10/21).

2016: Selected to Empire 8 Spring 2017 President's List ... saw action in nine contests … registered 13 tackles on the season … recorded eight unassisted hits … season-best five tackles against St. John Fisher (11/5) … three hits versus Cortland (10/1) … had a pair of tackles in victory over UMass Dartmouth (9/10) and Utica (11/12).

2015: Named a 2015-2016 Hartwick Phillip S. Wilder Jr. Award winner for academic distinction.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Washingtonville High School … lettered in football for two seasons for the Wizards … also lettered in baseball for three years.

Personal: Son of Christine and Jon Tecklenburg … brother, John, also plays for the Hawks ... Mathematics major at ’Wick.
