Hartwick College Athletics

2018-2019: Had 86 total points in his first year with the program, 73.5 of which were dual meet points … competed in the 50 free, 200 free, and 100 free at the Empire 8 Championships … had one individual first-place win and seven second-place finishes on the season … was a part of three second-place relay finishes.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Brookwood High School … competed in swimming from 2014-2018 for the Broncos … Scholar-Athlete in 2014-2015 … helped team to state and county championships … also swam for Swim Atlanta for two years.
 
Personal: Son of Manuel and Liliana Garces … Music Education major … hobbies include drumming and writing music … favorite athlete is Michael Phelps … favorite Sports Team is the Atlanta Falcons … favorite movie is Avengers: Infinity War … favorite musical group is Led Zeppelin.
