2018-2019: Received the Harry Mosher Memorial Award for displaying courage, desire, humility, and unselfishness ... registered 9.25 dual meet points … had three individual third-place finishes ...was part of one relay victory ... also partcipated in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track ... named Men's Cross Country Team MVP ... named Hartwick "Hawk of the Week" on 10/30 ... ran in all seven races for the Hawks during the cross country season … finished first for the Hawks in the final two races of the season at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (10/27) and the NCAA Atlantic Regional (11/10) … season-best 8K time of 31:22.0 at the NCAA Regional … placed forty-ninth in 34:19.2 at the conference meet ... during the indoor track season, ran to an 800m time of 2:24.50 at the Colgate University Class of 1932 Invitational on Feb. 9 … ran to a 1:03.26 in the 400m at the Cornell Marc Deneault Invitational on Feb. 16 … combined with his teammates for a top time in the 4000m distance medley relay (12:15.30) at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (2/22) ... in the outdoor season, ran a season-best 27.48 in the 200m dash at the Hamilton Midweek Meet on April 16 … also threw to a distance of 26.52 in the javelin at the same meet … combined for times of 49.08 in the 4x100, 3:52.56 in the 4x400, and 9:16.14 in the 4x800 at the Empire 8 Championships at Houghton.

2017-18: Received the Hartwick LeRoy "Sonny" House Jr. Memorial Award for second straight year ... competed in six cross country races for the ’Wick … ran a season-best 8K time of 29:54.4 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional at Houghton College … his time made him the top finisher for the Hawks.
 
2016-17: Received LeRoy "Sonny" House Jr. Memorial Award ... competed in the 50 free at the Sixth Annual Ithaca College Bomber Invite in swimming … ran in all nine meets for cross country … ran a career-best time in the 8K of 29:00.9 at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships (CCOC) on October 15.
 
2015-16: Competed in freestyle and butterfly events in his first season … also competed in cross country for the Hawks … ran in all seven meets … ran a personal-best time in the 8k at the NCAA Atlantic Regional on November 14 with a time of 31:17.6.
 
Prior to Hartwick: Attended Lindblom Math and Science Academy … lettered in swimming.
