Against the Tritons, the Hawks dominated in the second half. In the third quarter alone, 'Wick outscored UCSD 5-1, turning a close 5-3 game into a 10-4 rout. In the fourth, the Hawks blanked the Tritons to close out the win.

Allyssa Analytis (Montreal, Quebec) and Shannon Leonard (Pointe Clair, Quebec) each added a pair of tallies. Sami Capparelli (Miami, FL) scored a goal and Jess Dorman (Auckland, New Zealand) made 14 saves to help preserve the win.

Hartwick and UCLA met for the second time this season. The Hawks had a much better showing against the third-ranked Bruins than at the Michigan Kickoff in which they fell by a final count of 17-3.

Mensink scored three goals to pace 'Wick. Sasha Freeborn (Auckland, New Zealand) added one goal and Dorman made nine saves.

The Hawks play #11 Cal-Irvine tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. (PST) and wrap up tournament play later in the day against either #13 Cal State Northridge or Long Beach State.
