                     PRINCETON, NJ – Hartwick (15-12) fell to 0-4 on the weekend with losses to #15 Princeton and #13 Indiana on Sunday in the team's final two games of the regular season. The Hawks came up a goal short against the Tigers in their first game, 13-12. They fell by a count of 11-7 to the Hoosiers.
          
Against the Tigers, 
Zsofia Polak (Dunaujvaros, Hungary/Rudas HS) became only the fourth player in Hartwick history to score 100 goals in a single season. She reached the mark with her second tally of the third quarter and third of the game. She would finish the game with a team-high four goals.
          
Brittany Tait (Kariong, Australia/Harry Kendall HS) and 
L.J. Edwards (Encinitas, CA/Cathedral Catholic) each added three goals in the contest. 
Maria Moya (Madrid, Spain/Ortega Y Gasset) and 
Nikolina Mihajlovik (Mississauga, ONT/Silverthorn Collegiate Inst.) netted a goal apiece.
          
Moya, 
Katie McKenty (Auckland, New Zealand/Takapuna Grammar School), and 
Charlotte Cottle (Blakehurst, Australia/Presbyterian Ladies College) dished out a pair of assists. 
Michaela Davies (Cronulla, Australia/Kirawee) and 
Josette Santos (Huntington Beach, CA/Edison) each spent time in the Hawks' cage. Davies played in three quarters and made 10 saves. Santos played the second quarter and stopped one shot.
          
The Hawks and Hoosiers played a tight opening half. A Polak goal with under a minute remaining in the half would trim Hartwick's deficit to one, 5-4, after 16 minutes.
          
Indiana took control in the third quarter as it scored three consecutive goals to up the advantage to four, 8-4. Two more tallies in the fourth quarter made it 10-4. The Hawks scored three straight to make it a three-goal game with under a minute to play but they ran out of time.
          
Mihajlovik led Hartwick with three goals. Cottle, Davies, Polak, and Edwards netted one apiece.
          
Seeding for the upcoming CWPA Tournament will be announced tomorrow. The tournament runs from Friday, April 29 through Sunday, May 1 in Cambridge, MA.
