                     ONEONTA, NY – In its fourth conference game of the season, Hartwick women's tennis fell 7-2 to Nazareth on Saturday afternoon at Hartwick Courts. After concluding a three-match home stand, the Hawks are 4-2, 2-1 Empire 8 while the Golden Flyers are 4-0, 3-0 around the league.
 
The pair of Hawks' victories came at the two top singles' spots.
 
No.1 representative, 
Heidi Rice (Canandaigua, NY/Marcus Whitman), controlled her Nazareth opponent quickly only sacrificing a point, 6-0, 6-1.
 
At the second flight, 
Kelly Napolitano (Mt. Sinai, NY/Mt. Sinai), put her Golden Flyer foe away, 6-3, 6-2.
 
Hartwick gets a chance at Sage Tuesday, September 19 at 4 p.m.
