SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Hartwick Women's Equestrian team competed in a double show at Skidmore on Saturday, finishing 6
th and 7
th respectively.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Catie Cleveland (Oneonta, N.Y.) picked up another first-place finish in Novice Flats allowing her to qualify for regionals in the morning show.
- Imani Croston (Chester, Pa.) placed second in Introductory Flats.
- Serinah Palafox (Staten Island, N.Y.) placed in two events for the Hawks, picking up 3rd in Limit Flats and 6th in Limit Fences.
- Nuria Santos (Bilibao, Spain) rounded out the first show with a 6th place finish in Intermediate Fences.
- In the afternoon show, Avital Kaufman (Los Angeles, Calif.) placed 2nd in Pre-Novice Flats.
- Palafox followed up her morning performance with a 3rd place finish in Limit Flats and a 5th place finish in Limit Fences.
- Santos finished 5th in both Intermediate Flats and Intermediate Fences, while Croston rode to a 5th place finish in Introductory Flats.
