ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Hawks open their 2023 season on Saturday, March 4, against the Rams of Farmingdale State College (0-1) in Farmingdale at 12:00pm.

In the program's history, the Hawks have played the Rams 12 times. In those 12 meetings the Hawks have collected 8 wins while the Rams have won 4.

The last time these two played, was on March 3, 2022 at Hartwick with a final score of 9-7 in favor of the Rams. In the game, the Hawks tallied more saves (20-17) and cleared the ball 12 out of 13 times against Farmingdale's 10 of 14 attempts.  
 
Key Returners: 
 
Returning for the Hawks offense this go around is Garrett Frost. Last year Frost tallied 2 of Hartwick's goals. On the defensive side, the Hawks return 3 of 4 starting defenders as well as the starting goalie, Kyle McKee who recorded 20 saves in last year's contest.
