ONEONTA, N.Y.- The Hartwick Men's Lacrosse Team will head down to Long Island to face off against Farmingdale State College, this Saturday, March 1st, at 12pm for their first road contest of the year. The Hawks look to secure their second win of the season against the Rams after coming off a 12-11 triumph over SUNY Oswego in a home thriller.
The Series: These two teams have faced off against each other 14 times in program history, with the Rams leading the series with ten wins. Hartwick looks to get win number 5 against Farmingdale on Saturday, the Rams were winners of last year's matchup at Wright Stadium, winning 15-9.

Senior Midfielder Garrett Frost (Wading-River, NY), and Junior Attackman Colin August (Garrison, NY) both recorded hat tricks in the season opener. Along with Sophomore Attackman, Luke Ward (Attleboro, Mass.) and First Year Attackman, Taharihwakohe Lazore (Hogansburg, NY) each netting a goal and tallying 2 assists each as well. Sophomore Goalie, Kaiden Johnson (Wakefield, Mass.) recorded 17 saves in the home opener to help solidify the Hawks win. After a dominant opening performance to start the season, Garrett Frost inches closer to the 100 point club, needing just four points to eclipse the milestone.
