Support from Day of Giving advances scholarships and affordability, strengthens academic and experiential learning, enhances facilities and athletics, and expands community-
focused initiatives. Over the past year, donor contributions have supported programs such as the Hartwick Institute of Public Service, the Baking Innovation Lab in downtown Oneonta, and the EmpowerU program.
Hartwick College, which boasts nearly 200 All-Americans, 10 Final Four appearances, and both team and individual national champions, sponsors 21 NCAA Division III sports in the highly competitive Empire 8 Conference. Hartwick Athletics is committed to building champions both in and out of the competitive arena while preparing students to make a positive impact on the world after they leave Oyaron Hill.
This year's Day of Giving also includes exciting matching opportunities. Former assistant swimming coach Paul Windrath has generously agreed to match up to $10,000 in donations to the Talon Trust, while a $20,000 matching opportunity is available for the Swim and Dive Endowment Fund—doubling the impact of every qualifying gift.
