ONEONTA, N.Y. - Senior midfielder Hope Angioletti (Hopewell Junction, N.Y./John Jay) of the Hartwick College field hockey team repeated as Empire 8 Co-Offensive Player of the Week, sharing this week's honors with Catherine Newkirk of Russell Sage, as announced by the conference office on Monday. This is her second honor of the season. 

Angioletti continued her tremendous start to the 2026 season, racking up four goals and four assists for 12 points across two league games. She started the week with three goals in a win over Keuka on Wednesday, her first career hat trick, and added an assist. Angioletti followed that up with a goal and three assists in Hartwick's 4-1 victory over Brockport on Saturday. She now has eight goals and eight assists for 24 points through just seven games in 2026.

The field hockey team is currently undefeated in Empire 8 play at 3-0 and is 4-3 overall. They host Skidmore on Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 4 p.m. at Wrigth Stadium.
