ONEONTA, N.Y. - Senior midfielder Kristen Vaccarelli (Dix Hills, N.Y.) has once again claimed Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association honors with her third consecutive selection to the All-Region Second Team in the Empire Region.

This season, Vaccarelli was a force to be reckoned with on both ends of the field, earning a career-high of 68 goals and a career-high of 21 assists; she would also rank second on the team with 27 caused turnovers, and lead the team with 50 ground balls and 75 draw controls.

In the Empire 8 conference, Vaccarelli would lead in almost every offensive category, while ranking within the top ten in several defensive categories. Kristen would earn 3 Empire 8 Player of the Week honors this season, and be named to the All-Conference First Team for the fourth time.

She would also overtake a Hartwick women's lacrosse program record and become 1st All-Time for points in a single game with a victory over the Bard College Raptors on 3/8/2025. She would later also rank 1st All-Time in caused turnovers in a single game with 8 in a win against Russell Sage on 4/9/25.

In addition to the records she held this season, Vaccarelli would appear in the top 5 in six other Hartwick women's lacrosse record categories.

Continuing in her standout season, Vaccarelli would be selected as IWLCA National Offensive Player of the Week for the week of 4/21/2025, an honor only granted to a select few individuals proving an exemplary performance worthy of national recognition. To earn this recognition, Vaccarelli would dominate on both ends of the field in the week prior, netting 11 goals and tallying 3 assists, 10 ground balls, 5 caused turnovers, and 18 draw controls. Furthermore, Vaccarelli would shatter an 11-year Empire 8 record for most career goals, ending her senior season with a new Empire 8 record of 228 under her belt.
