Hartwick College Athletics

The 1991–92 Hartwick Men's Swimming & Diving team stands alone in program history as the only squad to complete a perfect season, finishing with a flawless 12-0 dual meet record and capturing both the EAA and UNYSCSA Conference Championships.

Under the leadership of Head Coach Dale Rothenberger, the team set a new standard for excellence—claiming first place at the Union Relays and the Rochester Invitational, and qualifying for the NCAA Division III Championships, where they placed 57th nationally.

This powerhouse group was also a critical part of an unprecedented 29-0 winning streak that spanned more than three seasons—the longest in program history—cementing their legacy as one of the most dominant swim and dive teams Hartwick has ever produced.
