Hartwick Athletics Hall of Fame
Macdonald played in three Final Fours as a member of the Hartwick men's soccer team, in 1974, 1976, and assisting the first goal in the national championship game in 1977.
Just one assist shy of the Hartwick career top 20 list, Macdonald finished his career with two goals, 15 assists and 19 points. He was a two-time All New York State selection, the number one pick in the first round of the ASL Draft, and a fourth-round pick in the NASL Draft.
Hartwick men's soccer went 53-8-7 during Macdonald's four years.
He currently serves as Director of Alumni Relations for Hartwick College, where his passion for the school - and its soccer program - is routinely on display.
