Ross Pino '02, from Rochester, NY, had a sensational four-year career for the 'Wick men's lacrosse team from 1999-2002. He averaged 32 goals and 25 assists per season for the Hawks and still stands as the program's all-time leading scorer with 227 points.

Pino, a three-time Empire 8 All-Star, was the team's leading goal scorer and point producer his freshman, sophomore, and senior seasons and helped Hartwick to 28 victories over four years. After tallying 33 goals and 22 assists in his first season, he was tabbed Super Six Rookie of the Year and Hartwick Outstanding Male Athlete.

In his senior campaign, while helping the Hawks to a 9-5 record, Pino scored 35 goals and assisted on 40 others to rank first in the Empire 8 in points per game and fourth nationally. In 2002, he was chosen as a 2002 ECAC Upstate All-Star, an All-American honorable mention pick, and was selected to play in the prestigious USILA North/South All-Star game.

In addition to being the College's all-time leading scorer, Pino also sits third in career goals (127), 4th in assists (100), and his 75 points in 2002 is still the third-highest single-season total at 'Wick.
